After spending two decades working in organic agriculture, public health, and energy medicine, I began an intense physical healing journey. This led to firsthand experience with personalized nutrition and non-western methods to improve my condition.Under the care of a functional medicine doctor, I underwent testing that guided a customized nutrition plan including probiotics, supplements, and foods to avoid. Additionally, I sought treatment with body workers and energy healers. Combined, I experienced relief from my symptoms.This personal journey taught me how science-based personalization can transform health, and how alternative healing can compliment these approaches. It deepened my commitment to helping health and wellness brands overcome the online overwhelm, so they can communicate the benefits of their work clearly and effectively.Ultimately, my goal is for more people to experience feeling good in their bodies and minds as a result of using alternative health and wellness methods.
